Unzip or extract zen.mdl and zen.bmp to C:/Sierra/Half life/valve/models/player and then select the skin called Zen in your mulitplayer config or type "model zen" in the console during a game.
Rights

This skin is property of *ZEN* Clan and may only be worn by members of the clan. However, it is freely distributable and may be used as base for other skins and models.
